Your Account and Purchases Made on Your Account
We take the security of your account seriously and employ industry-standard methods of ensuring your account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. By creating an account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Digital purchases including but not limited to subscriptions are not refundable. Physical purchases may be refundable less the cost of shipping and restocking at the discretion of Fuel on a case by case basis. If you are under 18, you may use TrainersPlaybook.com, ChrisBaran.com, CoachChrisBaran.com, or StylistToolbox.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Fuel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Digital purchases are not refundable. Should you choose at any time to cancel your subscription, your access will end on the last day of the current term of your subscription. Where your course access is managed by another account (as in Salon and School Accounts) you will lose access to that course at the end of the term when the managing account cancels its subscription. Your personal account along with any other subscriptions will remain active. Fuel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Refunds for Destination Trainings
We invest many thousands of dollars to produce a premium training experience. In order to avoid compromising that experience, ticket purchases for destination trainings such as ChrisCamp are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another individual to take your place.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content and communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. Fuel reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Fuel a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media in perpetuity. You grant Fuel and sublicensees the right but not the obligation to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you indemnify Fuel for all claims resulting from content you supply. Fuel has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Fuel takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Copyright Complaints
Fuel respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement below.
Risk of Loss
All physical items purchased from Fuel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Fuel attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Fuel does not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Fuel itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, or terminate your subscription. Digital products are not refundable.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where a selection of products is offered as a combination package, the List Price of the package may not reflect the sum of the prices of the individual products. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our partners, the List Price may be provided by the partner.
With respect to items sold by Fuel, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until your order is processed. Despite our best efforts, an item in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold by Fuel. Your purchases from a partner through our site are charged at the time you place your order, and our partners may follow different policies in the event of an incorrectly priced item.
Other Businesses
Parties other than Fuel provide services on this site. We do not warrant the performance of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites. Fuel does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to TrainersPlaybook.com, ChrisBaran.com, CoachChrisBaran.com, StylistToolbox.com, or to products or services sold or distributed by Fuel in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Maricopa county, Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Fuel with the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Fuel that your copyrighted material has been infringed.
