First, owners should be focused on building the business, not training, so we make it easy to coordinate educators and owners. And then we make it easy for educators to manage multiple associates with different experience levels at different stages of training. Progress tracking, assessments, easy.

Most associates in other salons spend 6-12 months apprenticing or shadowing. We applied more than 40 years of world-class training experience to create this program. Our associates are covering support services in two weeks and taking their own clients with confidence in 3 months.

It’s true. By the time they’re done the Jump Start, they’re confident with support services like color retouching, virgin color applications, shampoo, blow dry, and irons. Then we deliver principle-based design and finishing skills they can practice on their own time — which is free time for you. And faster than you dreamed possible you will be confident they are ready for clients.

Well, if we’re being honest, it’s a lot faster than that. As soon as they’re taking tasks over from your other stylists, you’ve got more time available for selling more services. And the more tasks they take over…💥
