Group Leaders can modify a learner’s progress by checking/unchecking boxes.

Use caution! Checking the box for a section marks everything in that section complete. Checking the course sends them their certificate! Do not tap “Confirm” unless you are certain!

If you do tap ‘Confirm’ and change your mind, the only way to fix it is to manually uncheck each segment that still needs to be completed. We cannot help you with this.
