Absolutely not. This is live and interactive training, with Chris and Chris setting up the techniques and then leading real live practice with valuable feedback.

We’ve found the best learning happens in groups, where we all can learn as much from each other as from our leaders. This is interactive live online, with frequent small break-out sessions for discussion and practice.
We meet live online once a week for 3 weeks a month with a 1 week catch up for online discussion in our private Facebook group.
The weekly sessions are recorded and posted along with any downloads on your group portal at TrainersPlaybook.com
